Memoranda Of Understanding

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a document negotiated and agreed upon by both parties which modifies a contract. MOUs are usually negotiated to either clarify an existing point in the contract or to modify the contract to reflect new conditions that arose after the negotiation. The MOUs signed subsequent to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, 2011-2016, are listed below.
